TaxRx is a tax management platform that helps businesses organize financial data, track expenses, calculate tax estimates, and generate reports. TaxRx does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. We are not a substitute for professional tax, legal, or accounting services.

Important: TaxRx does not file tax returns. You are responsible for filing your own tax returns or engaging a qualified tax professional to do so.

3. User Accounts

To use TaxRx, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

TaxRx offers subscription plans with monthly or annual billing. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan.

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the selected plan. You can cancel at any time during the trial period.

Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to renewals.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your first paid subscription. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TaxRx and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

No Tax Advice: TaxRx provides tools and information to help you organize your financial data. We do not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. You should consult with qualified professionals for tax advice.

No Warranties: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all calculations, estimates, or reports are error-free. You are responsible for verifying all information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaxRx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TaxRx, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account from the settings page.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
